About Piada Italian Street Food
Piada Italian Street Food brings the vibrant flavors of Italian street cuisine to Tyler’s South Broadway corridor, offering a fresh take on fast-casual dining that’s captured the attention of East Texas food lovers. This modern Italian concept specializes in customizable piadas – thin-crust flatbreads that serve as the foundation for creative combinations of fresh ingredients, house-made sauces, and premium toppings.
The menu centers around build-your-own piadas, pasta bowls, and chopped salads that allow diners to craft their perfect meal from an array of authentic Italian ingredients. Signature offerings include the Diavolo piada with spicy salami and banana peppers, creamy Carbonara pasta bowls, and the popular Farmer’s Market chopped salad loaded with seasonal vegetables. The restaurant also features wraps for those seeking a portable option, all made with the same high-quality ingredients and bold Italian flavors.
The interior embraces a contemporary design with clean lines, warm wood accents, and an open kitchen concept that lets diners watch their meals being prepared fresh to order. Counter seating along the windows provides a casual spot for solo diners, while larger tables accommodate families and groups. The bright, energetic atmosphere reflects the restaurant’s street food roots while maintaining a polished, welcoming environment.
Piada Italian Street Food appeals to diners seeking quality Italian cuisine without the formality or price point of traditional sit-down restaurants. The restaurant excels for quick lunch meetings, casual family dinners, or post-shopping meals along the South Broadway retail corridor. Health-conscious diners appreciate the fresh ingredients and customizable options, while the generous portions and reasonable prices make it a solid choice for satisfying comfort food cravings.

Power bowl with grilled chicken had great portions and just as good as other locations. Blackberry lemonade was a bit too sweet for me.

First time here, the carbonara called my attention. It was really good, I think it would've been better if I had chosen the spicy chicken. Overall it was good.
